Testlab attendees will be able to play with Bitwig Studio, the latest in musical software for sound design, production and performance, as well as the latest products from iZoptope’s range of audio products for mixing, mastering, musical effects, instruments and audio repair during Amptec Playground. It is more than likely that Moog will be making the most noise in De Brakke Grond, as users, young and old, will be flexing their dexterity on the firm’s range of classic display synths. Meanwhile, the more ardent producers will without a doubt be scoping out the latest range from RME Audio, who will be showcasing the brand new Fireface 802 and a new version of the legendary Fireface 800. Splice will also be participating at Testlab, introducing their new cloud based music production service that makes collaborating and sharing online easier. Working alongside most popular DAWs, Splice provides the missing connection that allows you to collaborate with other producers all over the world. Novation, one of the music community’s leading music hardware and software manufacturers, will also be present displaying their latest range of synths, controllers and production applications. With a specialist team of product-experts, this is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to road test some of their goods, while getting some authoritative knowledge from the people who know the products inside-out. Dutch in-ear monitor manufacturer, Ears4U, will be on hand showcasing the latest in-ear headphones, specially tailored for studio production, mastering and live performance needs. There will be a specially designed listening-set for users to check out the range, as well as the option for having customizable headphones ordered onsite. With such a vast array on offer, a ton of knobs to turn, buttons to press and experts on hand to besiege, Testlab has everything on offer for the music production enthusiast and expert.
